    • I’ve not actually tried it but looking at the photos of it I think the only problem with portability is the size of the gadget, but otherwise I agree it sounds brilliant 🙂

    • I agree Bushka, but like I said to Tom, looking at the photos of it, it does look a bit bulky to be portable and I think the price has put me off a bit, but it does have a money back guarantee so should be worth a try 🙂 x

  1. Dynaspine looks ok. I haven’t tried it yet. I’m more into Natural methods for lower back pain relief but this has possibilities especially for those who spend most of their time sitting down and can’t do exercises and stretches.

Also, I don’t see much review on Dynaspine so maybe those who have given it a try share their experience here?

  2. Lower back pain relief is needed due to a common problem affecting most adults and even the younger public due to the demanding and stressful lifestyle. This condition can disrupt the person’s daily routine and can be really bothersome while sleeping. A lot of factors contribute to the cause of lower back pain.

Among the major causes are strained muscles that can be acquired from over-work and lifting heavy objects. Another reason for this is the high level of acid by-products that are triggered by muscle contractions. If not treated, there is a tendency that the pain will increase over time and develop into a more severe case of chronic back pain.

  3. Restricted hamstrings is something I am familiar with. Lower back pain is too. I have tried to correct my posture but since I have not had correct posture, it tends to hurt. I was wondering if there was a back pain indianapolis doctor’s office I can go to to try to alleviate the pain. I don’t live to far from Indianapolis and was wondering if it would be worth it to go there.

    • I am sorry but I cannot help you with this as my site is UK based so I have no idea of any doctors in Indianapolis but I do hope you get your back pain sorted soon.
