According to a recent article in the Daily Mail’s Good Health section, http://www.dailymail.co.uk ‘Paracetamol’, which is one of the world’s most used painkillers may boost your memory. Researchers believe it acts on key brain cells that control recall, and they have now begun a clinical trial, so watch this space…

It good be good news for me as I take paracetamol by the bucket load but I have a terrible short term memory !!!!

  1. Wait a minute. You take it by the bucket load and you have a terrible short term memory. That would indicate that it does not work. Best get in touch with the research team and tell them this in return for the money they would be spending on the trial. That is if you can remember to.

  2. Thanks for that bit of info Bellamy, but I think it’s more to do with all the other medication I take for my back pain that is affecting my short term memory !!!!:):)

  3. Right Barbara. The pain brings memory to a kind of damage. What helps better than Paracetamol. But do not take 7g in short period of time: this posions your body and you will one fast and painful death. 😦
