Give yourself a long weekend once a month by saving your holidays for it.

Read a book in a day.

Why? Because if you take care of yourself you will be more able to take care of those around you.

  1. I try to give myself a boost after my afternoon rest which is about this time of day. I now have a cuppa and my daily treat of anything I fancy as long as it is no more than 100 calories. If I don’t go for my rest I don’t give it myself !!
