GETTING A GOOD BALANCE FOR A HAPPY BACK…

skeleton

If you have a good balance this will send the right messages to the brain and help prevent falls.

So, spend a few minutes each day practising good balance.

Stand up straight, holding onto the back of a chair. Raise one leg slightly off the floor. Try to balance for 10 seconds, then repeat five times, alternating legs.

As your balance improves, try to do this exercise without holding onto the chair.

    • Yes, I agree with this, like I said to plant pot my mother in law was very strict about me not crossing my legs and my hairdresser always make sure your legs are not crossed. !!!!
