I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.

  2. Have you read any of them, Bar? I’d be interested to hear your ‘take’ on them. I tend to be rather suspicious of the books that say ‘all you have to do is this, and all your problems will be fixed’!

    1. No, but I’ve ordered the first one which was the Daily Telegraph one. It had a lot of good reviews on it. I’ll let you know what I think of it. I should really put the ones on that I have read and sometimes use. 🙂

    Have you read “The Path To BAck In Action” yet?
    It is on Amazon.com. THere is a blog: backinactionbook on word press.com, that gives some free excerpts of the book, which is mostly an autobiography of a man who survived seven unsucessful unnecessary spine surgeries, and then learned to walk again.
