I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.

Pilates by video, without the personal touch. Now Pilates is exercising all the muscles is it not? The little ones as well?

Lynne Robinson pilates dvds are really good, but I do suggest doing a pilates course with a teacher first before doing the dvds to ensure you are doing it properly! Hugs x

Actually I do agree with you on that faffa, certainly someone like me with a back problem. I wouldn’t attempt it without someone telling me it was ok to do certain moves. 🙂

I totally agree on that… People should never perform any work out drills without consulting a doctor. It is fine for those who have no back problems/injuries, but for those who have one it is better to be safe. For my workout I’m using another DVD but this one is pretty great too. 🙂
