If you have never before had a back massage then you must put it down on your list of things to do this year.
There is no question of a doubt that back massage, in particular aromatherapy type massage helps to ease back pain, even if only as a placebo effect while having the actual massage.
Of course, its complete heaven, but sooooo expensive. Well, if you haven’t already signed up for discount vouchers then now is the time to do it. They have some amazing offers with fantastic savings on massage and other treatments by the bucket load at the moment.
Some of the best ones are available from Groupon and KGB.
That’s looks soooooo relaxing!xxx

Hot stone and swedish combo massage is good for the back, plus it is very much relaxing. The heat from the stones is very good in managing some back problems.

There really is nothing like a good massage. I just went to the day spa of Naples, Florida and got my first massage ever. It was beyond delightful! Thank you so much for sharing this.

Sometimes I get my children to walk on my back! – usually feels great but probably shouldn’t be done by those with serious back issues.

Getting a back massage once in a while, especially if you are stressed with your job, helps balance your mood and improve your well-being. It might cost you a pretty penny, but if you are experiencing chronic back pains due to mental stress, you probably need it. However, if the pain continues even after that, you should probably see a doctor and have it checked.

Thanks for your comment Karen, and as you say a trip to the GP is necessary if things don’t change. I have found massage to be a temporary pain relief treatment for me, but it makes me feel good so it’s worth every penny, it’s just a shame it doesn’t last very long.
