To help ease stiffness and improve posture in your upper back press the acupressure points which are located in the depression at the centre of each shoulder bone.
Press the fingers of the right hand to this point on the left shoulder bone and hold for at least a minute. Repeat with the left fingers on the right shoulder.
Pressing these points relieves pain and stiffness in the upper back and shoulders.
It can also help with neck pain and fatigue and increase flexibility and range of motions.
