The Ultimate Happiness Prescription by Deepack Chopra is a down to earth lesson on keeping your eye on the positive aspects of life, to bring you joy and fulfillment every day in your life, so you can turn so-called problems into opportunities.
The book details seven keys to joy and enlightenment, teaching you to be happy whatever is happening to you and around you.

I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.

I am so sick of books like this,no matter how posetive a person is crap happens and there is no way to turn it into gold, you just have to get through it and move on if you can.

Brilliant comment c, absolutely spot on. A lot of people do believe in these types of books though I think ‘The Secret’ is a similar one where you say ‘affirmations’ to yourself every day.

Yup,every day I affirm I am beautiful slim and desirable, works just about the same as those books. These Gurus, and I have delved very deeply into many of them, get rich and famous telling people what is just common sense,or a load of abstract rubbish. We have to work life out for ourselves not let someone else do it for us.By all means learn from the wise, take what gems they give, but everyone needs to follow their own path.
