Have you ever heard of a bibliotherapist?
Well, neither had I until I read an article about them.
Basically, a bibliotherapist is a reading therapist who works out a person’s reading habits, ambitions and stage in their life, and then draws up a prescription of books for the client to then read.
Its a way of using books to aid people in solving the issues that they may be facing at a particular time. It can also be combined with writing therapy and has been known to help treat depression.
