Now that’s what you call a good doctor, I’m sure he or she’s a one off with that treatment. Maybe he or she has suffered with back pain.

Another good tip would be for ladies not to carry too much stuff around. Just the things that you really do need. Or you can find lightweight alternatives, if any exist, of the things you tote around. Although, weighing the handbag sounds like a smashing idea to me.

I can really tell the difference when I carry a heavy handbag. I start feeling the strain through by upper back and shoulders. Plus, my chiropractor has told me to lighten up and carry a smaller purse.
