We all know the painful tender points, deep muscle pain and chronic fatigue of Fibromyalgia, but now studies have shown that even though the last thing you feel like doing is exercise, exercise can actually help with all the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.

They say its essential for keeping muscles strong and flexible and whether its a daily walk, stretching, swimming, yoga, tai chi or Pilates, any or all of these could help with the pain of Fibromyalgia.


    • I’m really struggling just to get my walk in, there is definitely something so right about the saying, ‘if you don’t use it, you’ll lose it’. I feel soooo unfit at the moment. Glad your not suffering at the moment.
