  1. I’ve been insomniac for so long and been through so many stages and nobody ever seemed to know anything about it. In the end I decided that insomnia doesn’t make you ill so I should stop worrying about it. That’s before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia last year as a result of insomnia!

    So it’s official – sleep deprivation can make you unwell :yes:

    • Oh, most definitely gillyk. The steroid injections I had on Friday have been keeping me awake all night ever since. My sister has been on steroids and says this is a common side effect. Trouble is I am soooooooo exhausted that I just then want to sleep all day. It does most definitely make you feel unwell. I am also sure there will have been a number of other problems you have had will suddenly click into place that they are also related to Fibromyalgia. Hope your ok at the moment with the change of seasons 🙂
