  1. I like this Barmac. I do stretches every night on the floor while the telly is on. Have done these stretches since I had a caesarian at age 19! My body was like an old woman, and horrified to see it in the mirror. I swore I would never, ever get like that again. Lost poor baby boy, but something good came out for I was dying because the pregnancy caused poisons in my body. When it was over, I could see colour again. Found out that one of the first things to go when you are dying is the sight of colours!
    On with the stretches! JW XXX

  2. When you have pre-existing conditions, it is easy to overdo it and end up with chronic back pain and sore muscles. It is important to train properly and take it slow.   3. Oh dear jw, sorry to hear you were sooo young and have to go through sooo much but glad your still doing the exercises to keep you fit. I do some sitting down ones to try and move the unstretched muscles. Take care x
