Recent studies have found that Fibromyalgia patients can be deficient in Magnesium compared to healthy patients. These lower levels appear to be associated with many commonly reported symptoms of Fibromyalgia.
It is one of the most important nutrients required in our bodies, as it is necessary for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body.
Taken at night, they say, can help to reduce muscle tenderness and functional status and help improve sleep. Make sure you talk to your doctor first, about maybe adding this supplement to your diet.
I’ve recently started taking magnesium and it really is making a difference

This deficiency can be found for other reasons too. Somebody on a fluid pill had important salts leached out, including magnesium. Makes you think?

Yes that’s true, I’ve not been offered it yet though but might ask my consultant next time I see him.

I use Ancient Mineral magnesium lotion or the magnesium oil. It is absorbed through the skin and is very good for helping you sleep.
