Apparently it’s all because we sit on chairs sitting on the floor cross legged is much better for your back. That’s if you can get down into that position in the first place. Good video though 🙂

Its true posture is important but wear and tear too over the years we have falls and knocks that also can cause us problems both men and women, lifting things too heavy and alsorts of things we strain our backs with, also child birth can give us problems.xx
