I also have an up-to-date monitor here at home….these are often not too relaible – so we’ve been told by Consultants….One needs to have BP checked professionally…at least once a year….So important. 🙂

Get mine done every time I go to the doctor. Mine is in a pretty good state. I also have an extra heartbeat which keeps them on their toes.

Gosh an extra heartbeat does that mean you jump when it happens? Mine was always superb until the stress of day last year when they put me on the lowest dose to keep it balanced. It’s fine now but am still on a very low dose drug to keep it that way as she explained that if stress causes it you need to take them all the time as no-one knows when stress can arise.
