I have an ordinary knee cushion but it does just fall out so I might also try this one. Anything that can help at the end of the day :))

I woke up at 3am again with the pain. Had a painkiller at 1am. It’s been ok during the day. Must get it checked .

Sorry to hear this hutt. I have my special egg shell mattress topper at my sisters in Spain and she has been is having a lot of trouble with her back so I told her to try my mattress last night. She said she’d had the best nights sleep for months so maybe try a topper and see if that helps. I can’t live without mine, take care 🙂
