DISC TRIMMED TO EASE THE PAIN OF A PROLAPSED DISC…

Instead of removing, replacing or fusing a prolapsed disc you can also have your disc trimmed to stop the disc pressing on the nerves.

You would probably be in hospital for around three days and then have to follow a six week exercise plan.

    • I’m in the process of being referred which could take a few months but the two disc bulges in my neck are getting worse and worse so I am going to ask if they can do this for my neck problem as the last disc surgery involved cutting through my neck at the front and taking bone graft from my hip which meant a long recovery and big surgery. Fingers crossed they are doing it another way now xx
