Do you do this, Bar? If so, how do you find it?

I sleep with a v cushion until I fall asleep then I seem to push it out and sleep on one pillow. In the day when I sleep I can only sleep with the v cushion and that’s my best sleep so ‘yes’ but not under my knees but that’s because my main pain is discs in my neck. If the sciatica or lumber pain keeps me awake I always lie on my back for a bit with a pillow under my knees but it’s too uncomfortable to get a full night. Hope that helps gilly? xx
