Taking the stairs instead of the lift.

Take up dancing.
Take up swimming.

I’m sorry what? Is this a joke? I went on this blog looking for a like minded person and find this nonsense, do you really suffer from chronic pain because if you do then NONE of this makes sense!

Hi, I am sorry you feel this way about my post on ‘weight loss to help you heal’ but there is true evidence that certainly with Back Pain, the less you weigh the easier the pain will be. And yes, I do suffer from chronic pain after four failed spinal surgeries and I think I am a link minded person who likes to help others in pain. This is the first comment I have ever had that has called my post ‘nonsense’ so I am truly sorry you feel this way but hope you will continue to read my posts and find some helpful.
