HEALTH BLOGGER AWARDS, PLEASE VOTE …

My blog has been nominated for the Health Management Blogger of the Year (a blog that supports others to manage or support their own health better).

The Health Blogger Awards recognise the blogs that help others to understand their own health better, turn to for reliable information or to better understand their condition. They aim to highlight the important role that bloggers play in health and the insight and information they share.

The public vote opens on 11th September and closes on the 29th September (although it seems to be open now). This vote is a chance for the public and people who know me to vote for me to win the award.

For more information and the voting form just head down to the Health Blogger Awards website and scroll down to number 4 where you will see my Back Pain Blog listed. There is nothing to fill in just a simple tick to the blog you want to win.

I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I love it so much I think it should be part of a recovery process after illness or surgery. I hope you enjoy reading through my blogs.
