Research has shown that if you walk up and down the stairs for a few minutes, it could help to increase energy and motivation more than drinking a caffeinated drink.
It also helps to reduce inflammation in your body, which in turn could help to reduce your risk of conditions such as heart disease and arthritis.
According to WebMD, another way is to walk around the block – In experiments conducted by Robert Thayer, PhD, at California State University, a brisk 10-minute walk not only increased energy, but the effects lasted up to two hours. And when the daily 10-minute walks continued for three weeks, overall energy levels and mood were lifted.
I shall give this a try 😃 thank you for sharing this blog post.
