  1. A few weeks ago when I was in excruciating back pain, I made a blend of Lemongrass and Sweet Orange to rub on my back. The pain pills and muscle relaxers were doing nothing for the pain. The only thing that even took the edge off enough for me to sleep was ice and that EO blend. ❤ I also love lavender, peppermint, rosemary, and eucalyptus for pain relief or do add to an Epsom salt bath. Marjoram is one I haven't read much about, so I look forward to adding that one to my arsenal!

  2. Thanks, I missed your comment on this post yesterday. I hope the pain eases soon. I’m also going through a rough patch with multiple disc bulges in my cervical and lumber which are all giving me a lot of pain. I couldn’t cope without my heat pad, muscle relaxers and oils for sure. Take care x
