FOR ME PERSONALLY, PERCKO IS THE BEST POSTURE TOP BY FAR…

PERCKO is a French Company who sell three different types of posture tops to help correct your posture and relieve back pain. Their website states their posture tops have given 50,000+ users less back pain. Just reading their story on their website of how it all started inspires you to give this product a try. They say that you will get benefit from day one of wearing one of their posture tops. They have three different tops to choose from, LYNE UP is for daily life, LYNE FIT is for sporting activities and LYNE PRO is ideal for manual activities or gardening.

As my readers will have seen from my previous posts I was given the LYNE UP posture top which they state is for daily life but I found the top to tight and uncomfortable but I did explain that maybe they were not designed for ladies who are top heavy. It was suggested I tried the LYNE PRO which they say is ideal for manual activities or gardening.

The fit of this posture top was much better with a seat belt like fasten at the front. You can immediately feel your shoulders being straightened when you put this top on. My worst shoulder arms and neck pain comes on quite quickly if I am at my desk blogging or making cards so I was hoping this would help.

It is quite amazing the difference it makes to my pain. I’ve had two spinal neck fusions so I’m pretty restricted on how low I can look down but wearing this posture top has meant I can quite happily sit at my desk for quite a while before I need to give it a rest or move around. I can now gets lots done in a morning or afternoon which would have taken me days before.

Whenever I’m doing housework I pop this posture top on as dusting and hoovering involves moving your neck around lots so this helped with this job as well. With my back problems I won’t be doing any gardening or manual activities but I’m sure it would work amazing for that. I cannot thank PERCKO enough for letting me try out this posture top.

PERCKO have kindly offered my readers a promo code backpainblog that will give 15% off to anyone who purchases a posture top from them :).

DIARY UPDATE ON USING THE PERCKO RANGE OF BACK PAIN SUPPORTS…

PERCKO is a French Company who sell three different types of posture tops to help correct your posture and relieve back pain.

Their website states their posture tops have given 50,000+ users less back pain. Just reading their story on their website of how it all started inspires you to give this product a try. They say that you will get benefit from day one of wearing one of their posture tops.

They have three different tops to choose from, LYNE UP is for daily life, LYNE FIT is for sporting activities and LYNE PRO is ideal for manual activities or gardening.

As some of my readers will have seen from a previous post PERCKO approached me to see if I would be interested in trying the LYNE UP top to see if it helps with my back pain. They said that after wearing the LYNE UP for just 3 weeks I will see a permanent improvement in my posture position. Then after that initial 3 weeks they recommend the best way to keep your posture good is to wear the top 2-3 times a week.

Of course I said I would love to try the posture top especially now the weather has changed as I could easily wear it under my own clothes. The top arrived in a beautiful box with instructions on how to wear it and I was keen to get started with it straight away.

I will be keeping a diary of how my posture and back pain improves (hopefully) over the next three weeks and I will then post my honest review on the product.

Unfortunately, I struggled with the LYNE UP top which I felt was partly due to me being a bit top heavy. I just couldn’t get the top on without a lot of discomfort so they kindly put me in touch with the resident medical professional within the company to explain my problem with the top.

He got back to me straight away and said ‘About the fact that our top is very tight on your chest, you must be right. For some of our female users, it happened a few times. Most of the time, we have been able to solve the problem with a bigger size, so we can check if the size you have is correct. But sometimes we have not been able to solve the problem. So we decided to improve the product with our customers.’

Meanwhile, they have sent me the LYNE PRO back protection jacket which I received at the beginning of the week. This one was very easy to put on and I felt my shoulders being pulled back into the correct alignment for my back straight away. After wearing it for just one day on top of my clothes I realised that I had been working in my office for a longer space of time without needing to walk about like I usually do. Normally after about half an hour at my desk I need to have a break and often pop a hot wheat bag across my shoulders to help with my pain.
This company have been so obliging and really want me to get the best benefit for my back and so far I am pleased with the result. I will keep a diary over the next week or two and write another post on how I get along with this particular back protector top.

COULD THIS BE THE SOLUTION FOR BAD POSTURE AND PAIN?…

Could these posture tops help alleviate bad posture which causes lots of back and spinal pain?

PERCKO is a French Company who sell three different types of posture tops to help correct your posture and relieve back pain.

They have three different tops to choose from, LYNE UP is for daily life, LYNE FIT is for sporting activities and LYNE PRO is ideal for manual activities or gardening.

Their tensor technology is built into the fabric of the top which applies a light pressure onto the lower back and shoulders which pulls the body back into a correct, more supportive posture. You then become aware of your bad posture and then you naturally adopt a better posture.

PERCKO say that 87% of their users reported a reduction in their back pain after less than 2 weeks. Maintaining good posture throughout the day is then going to relieve pressure on the spine and this then eases the pain you get from slouching and leaning which I am sure the majority of us are guilty of.

I personally sit for a couple of hours at my desk and even though I have my laptop on a pile of books so it’s the correct height, and even though I use an ergonomic keyboard and mouse, and even though I have a back cushion and coccyx cushion I still get a lot of back pain which I am sure my posture is contributing to.

PERCKO approached me to see if I would be interested in trying the LYNE UP top to see if it helps with my back pain. ACTIVE POSTURE SHIRT ON ITV’S LORRAINE…

On Thursday 8th November on ITV’s Lorraine program Dr. Hilary talked about back pain.

He explained how many people suffer from back pain but if you promote good posture it could help to alleviate some of the pain, especially in the thoracic and neck region.

With today’s technology many people have their neck bent for most of Active Posture’s, posture shirt can help with this problem by correcting your posture for you which was worn on Lorraine.

I have reviewed this shirt before as I felt a real benefit in my thoracic area after wearing it.

If you missed it then this is the link to the second review which basically explains all about the posture correcting shirt from Active Posture.

It makes sense that good posture will help anyone with spinal problems and I noticed a difference after wearing mine but I had no idea how many other people were looking for something like this for them.

I have since done a little bit more research on posture correcting items which are quite widely available on the internet. They vary in price from this brace posture orthotic corrector back adjuster for as little as £5.42 from Gear Best to a posture brace/corrector from Back Pain Help at £39.99

Amazon has over 8,000 results for Posture Correctors which again vary in price but if I type in posture correcting shirt then you have to scroll over quite a few pages to find a proper posture shirt like this Skins Mens DNAmic Ultimate K-Proprium Posture Top at £98.23 which states that it has Biomechanically placed Proprioceptive Power Bands wrap the body’s prime movers to give them the support they need to stay activated and able to control motion for longer periods of time. But it doesn’t go into any detail about it helping with pain.

Tommie Cooper Womens Posture Shirt also on Amazon has said it has targeted compression to the shoulders and muscles along the spine and helps relieve everyday aches and pains at a cost of £72-£197.

It is obvious that to get the best ones of these tops/shirts to help with your posture and ease pain will definitely not be cheap but as with anything in life, you pay for what you get. I’ve only tried the posture correcting shirt from Active Posture at £89.95 so I cannot comment on any others that I have written about above,  but it’s a trial and error for anyone wanting to give this a try and Active Posture do offer you a money back guarantee and has five stars from 803 reviews. So maybe that’s why I had so many readers on my review of this top.

REVIEW, ONE MONTH ON OF POSTURE CORRECTING SHIRT FOR BACK AND SPINAL PAIN…

A month ago I wrote a review on the posture correcting Shirt from ActivePosture.co.uk which has NeruoBand technology to help with back and spinal pain. Since then I have worn it a lot more often and for longer periods especially while working on my laptop or travelling.

These posture correcting shirts are to help relieve pain and realign your shoulders and spine. I guess I am the perfect candidate to review this top as I have both lumbar and cervical problems after both areas have had spinal fusion surgeries. Good posture is important for anyone with or without problems and the NeuroBand Technology in these shirts works by providing resistance to different areas of your body which helps to pull your spine and shoulders into the right position.

After wearing it over the last four weeks I have noticed my neck and shoulder pain is less which I am sure is due to the top. I am someone who prefers loose clothing so the tightness of this top was something I had to get used to in the beginning but then, strangely enough, it doesn’t feel as tight the more you wear it. It says to hand wash in cold water which is how I washed it and the shirt washes well.  It’s strange as the minute you take the shirt off you feel a sense of your muscles altering like you have just had a work out in the gym or a swim.

You can definitely feel a gentle reminder to pull your shoulders back while sitting at a desk. I would normally have to get up several times and lift my shoulders up and down because of my pain. I also find this top a great support if I am going on a long car/train journey and would highly recommend it for travel. All in all, I have definitely benefitted from wearing the posture correcting shirt and will continue wearing it. With a 30 day money back guarantee available with the shirt where can you go wrong?
