Qigong Therapy is a form of Chinese medicine which helps increase energy, alleviate pain and ease fatigue. All of which sounds like a miracle to me! When employing this technique, you will move into specific physical postures to help ease tension over your whole body.

“The best guarantee for receiving outstanding results in energy healing is to find a skilled practitioner of a Chinese based healing system who also has knowledge of a good Qigong system, and is willing to teach you how to improve your own energy and health. Why would someone not want to receive healing from a Wisdom that is at least 5,000 years old?” Master Xu Xiang Cai.

“In every culture and in every medical tradition before ours, healing was accomplished by moving energy.” Albert Szent-Gyorgyi – Nobel Prize for Medicine 1937

It is similar to the theory of ying and yang, and that everything is related. In traditional Chinese medicine, Qi is treated as the fundamental substance of the human body, and its movements explain various life processes.

Qigong (also spelled Ch’i Kung) is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China. It is the art and science of using breathing techniques, gentle movement, and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (Qi).

Qigong practice leads to better health and vitality and a tranquil state of mind. In the past, qigong was also called Nei Gong (inner work) and Dao Yin (guiding energy).

Unlike acupuncture, A Medical Qigong Therapy treatment does not include the insertion of needles. Instead, the energy emitted from the fingers and palms of the practitioner is used to adjust the flow of Qi; weakened energies are strengthened, excessive energies are gently purged and then your complete system is balanced to create a wonderful sense of overall harmony. The action of this emitted energy is not limited to the surface acupuncture points and may be as deep as required – to reach meridians, muscles, tendons and internal organs directly.
