While browsing the internet on back pain relief I came across this brilliant site http://www.cure-back-pain.org written by Sensei Adam, himself a chronic back pain sufferer.
Sensei first experienced back pain when he was only 16 years of age and was diagnosed with scoliosis and muscle imbalance and although he was advised to have surgery he decided to opt for alternative types of treatments instead.
His diary of how his back deteriorated was like reading my own diary.
He has written a book and the website has ‘other people’s stories’ which I always find can make you feel less alone with your pain. The site also has an interactive forum and it covers al different types of back problems and diagnoses and treatments which include drugs, surgery and even a back pain diet.
I found it a mind of information and have signed up for the newsletter as I have a feeling that if there is anything new to know about how to deal with your chronic back pain, this sight will have the details on it. Well worth a surf but only when you have time on your hands as there is so much to read through.

Good to see your article and the referred site. Your endeavor is laudable and I appreciate it. I just want to inform you that we can give accidents a miss, as we cannot prevent accidents from entering our lives.
