I am a mum and wife to a lovely caring family. I’ve suffered with chronic back pain for over 30 years and started writing my first blog in 2007 which covered back and chronic pain. Since then I have written many more blogs for myself and customers. I find it takes me away from my pain to another place. I’ve been trying to find Joint Pain Relief that actually works, for what seems like forever. I’m definitely going to look further into this. It seems as though I’ve tried everything else, so why not?

i went through this article and it is very interesting.

I am suffering from knee pain (osteoarthritis)from last two years. My friend suggested to me that, if you eat Horse Gram (Macrotyloma uniflorum) dishes regularly it will to help to produce Cartilage in joint. Is it useful to reduce my pain?
